Gotta love going green!

“If I were starting life over again, I am inclined to think that I would go into the advertising business in preference to almost any other. The general raising of the standards of modern civilization among all groups of people during the past half century would have been impossible without the spreading of the knowledge of higher standards by means of advertising.”
-Franklin D. Roosevelt

There are some ad campaigns for Green Peace and the World Wildlife Fund that I found…they’re amazing!  The creativity behind these campaigns is undeniable, but, more importantly, they communicate a clear, meaningful, and powerful message to the audience.

Check ’em out:

Using the tagline, "Winter, you'll miss it when it's gone," this print ad by Greenpeace is clear, creative, and meaningful!

Forcing people to think about the cutting down of rain forests and preserving the environment while in this oh-so-vulnerable and private state is extremely clever!

This is what I call CREATIVE GENIUS!!!! This ad campaign was executed by an ad agency in China for the World Wildlife Fund.

All three of these ads exemplify creative genius!  It’s all about taking risks, being innovative, interesting, and unique, but you still need to have a powerful message behind all of that creativity so that the ad is meaningful, purposeful, and memorable!
